1. Điều khoản sử dụng
Các điều khoản này áp dụng cho việc sử dụng ứng dụng JPT eSign. Khi sử dụng ứng dụng, người dùng đồng ý sử dụng dịch vụ đúng mục đích, tuân thủ quy định của tổ chức và pháp luật hiện hành.
Mục đích dịch vụ
JPT eSign cung cấp công cụ tạo tờ trình, trình ký, phê duyệt, ký điện tử và quản lý lịch sử xử lý tài liệu cho doanh nghiệp. Ứng dụng không thay thế tư vấn pháp lý, kế toán, thuế hoặc tư vấn chuyên môn khác.
Tài khoản người dùng
- Người dùng có trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập, passcode và thiết bị của mình.
- Tài khoản trải nghiệm được cung cấp để đánh giá tính năng với dữ liệu và quy trình mẫu.
- Tài khoản do tổ chức cấp có thể bị quản lý, thu hồi hoặc giới hạn theo cấu hình của tổ chức.
Nội dung và tài liệu
Người dùng và tổ chức chịu trách nhiệm về tính hợp pháp, chính xác và quyền sử dụng đối với tài liệu, hình ảnh, video hoặc tệp đính kèm tải lên JPT eSign. Không được tải lên nội dung vi phạm pháp luật, xâm phạm quyền của bên thứ ba hoặc gây hại cho hệ thống.
Chữ ký và phê duyệt
Các thao tác trình ký, phê duyệt và ký điện tử trong ứng dụng được ghi nhận theo tài khoản, thời gian và quy trình xử lý. Người dùng cần kiểm tra nội dung tài liệu trước khi thực hiện phê duyệt hoặc ký.
Phí và thanh toán
Ứng dụng không có quảng cáo, không có mua trong ứng dụng và không có subscription trong app. Nếu tổ chức sử dụng dịch vụ theo thỏa thuận riêng, việc thanh toán được xử lý ngoài ứng dụng.
Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Chúng tôi nỗ lực duy trì dịch vụ ổn định và an toàn, nhưng không đảm bảo ứng dụng luôn không bị gián đoạn hoặc không có lỗi. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng hoặc không thể sử dụng ứng dụng.
Chấm dứt hoặc hạn chế truy cập
Chúng tôi hoặc tổ chức quản lý tài khoản có thể hạn chế, tạm dừng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập nếu có dấu hiệu vi phạm điều khoản, vi phạm bảo mật hoặc sử dụng sai mục đích.

2. Terms of Use
These terms apply to the use of JPT eSign. By using the app, users agree to use the service for its intended purpose and comply with their organization's rules and applicable laws.
Service Purpose
JPT eSign provides tools for creating requests, routing documents for approval, electronic signing, and maintaining workflow history for businesses. The app does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.
User Accounts
- Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, passcode, and devices.
- Trial accounts are provided for evaluation with sample data and sample workflows.
- Organization-managed accounts may be administered, revoked, or limited according to the organization's configuration.
Content and Documents
Users and organizations are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights to use documents, photos, videos, or attachments uploaded to JPT eSign. Users must not upload unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that harms the system.
Signatures and Approvals
Submission, approval, and electronic signing actions in the app are recorded with the user's account, timestamp, and workflow history. Users should review document content before approving or signing.
Fees and Payments
The app has no advertising, in-app purchases, or in-app subscriptions. If an organization uses the service under a separate agreement, payment is handled outside the app.
Limitation of Liability
We work to keep the service stable and secure, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Suspension or Termination
We or the organization administering an account may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if there is a violation of these terms, a security issue, or misuse of the service.
